Testing

Testing is an important topic for everyone. Maryland is in the process of creating and implementing new tests to determine the achievement of our students. The following document will provide some information on the new tests that will be administered.

Title I Reward School

Congratulations!  During the 2013-2014 school year, Lansdowne Elementary School was identified as a Title I Reward School.  The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) recognized Lansdowne Elementary School as a Reward School based on the results of the school’s Maryland State Assessment (MSA) data.

Volunteers

We love having parents and community members volunteer in our school. All of the information to become a volunteer is on our BCPS website. Volunteer training is now completed online. The first step is to fill out an application and then turn it in at the school. In order to complete the training, you must watch the tutorial and answer the questions that follow.
If you have any further questions, please contact our Parent Service Coordinator, Laurie Slack, by calling the school.
